Good read, Colton! I will say I get on Twitter maybe once every two or so (some minths I don’t) but when I do get in I did enjoy the Tweets! Maybe because we are always in communication with each other due to groups chats in text or Xbox. That’s why they were gold. Glad your taking the time to be better for yourself and Compton! :)
Thanks Joan! Just take Twitter out and fill in whatever social media you find yourself using the most and then try out the 2 day challenge with that. For some people it's Instagram/Youtube/Facebook/TikTok. But for most of us the addiction is much stronger than we realize and it isn't until we take it off our phone's completely that we realize just how much our brain is craving the activity/utilization of those apps. You the man!
